If 10 years in power federally, with a government struggling to balance its books, is enough for the Federal Liberal party to rot from within, can you imagine what 30 years has done to the provincial tories - who've presided over two enormous booms, and a third one just beginning as hysteria over "end oil" grows.

Ward 10 isn't the only place where the lust for power appears to have taken over - there were other ridings with "fishy" nomination procedures.
