Unfortunately he only peace Putin wants is a piece of the Ukraine and the Baltic states. The easily manipulated Trump who as you say would cooperate with Russia in allowing the annexation of Ukraine and he Baltic states into greater Russia. Putin wants someone who is easy to work with in that can be easily manipulated into allowing Putin to do what Putin wants. Trump is that man.

Further Trump's comments about restarting the nuclear arms race are hardly the talk of someone who wants peace. If anything Trump will destabilize the world and increase the likelihood of WWIII than anyone else. His actions since winning the election are ample evidence of this.
