A lot of it is the perception that the rest of Canada outside of Alberta's borders is out to get us. There's also an impression that the rest of Canada isn't hard working simply because they don't vote like sheep for the Conservative party.

Polls are polls, just a snapshot. A lot can be said with the proper questions, restricting responses and by recoding the answers to suit. It was simply interesting to note that Albertans were whining again.
